At our club, we focus on a variety of training options. From technical classes to fitness sessions, we truly have something for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
Here’s everything you need to know this spring!
Classes For Everyone
Boxing is for everyone, and there’s no one road map you need to use to meet your goals.
We pride ourselves on offering an inclusive and diverse timetable with classes for all personalities. Whether you’re new to the ring or a seasoned boxer, you’ll find something to energise yourself this spring.
Let’s take a little tour through the BSBC classes:
Technical Classes — From ‘Learn 2 Box Technical Intermediate’ and ‘Advanced Boxing’ to ‘Strength and Conditioning’ sessions, we’re here to help you sharpen your skills.
Fitness Classes — Want to get fit? ‘HIIT ‘N’ Move’ and ‘Fit 2 Box’ are perfect for those who want to get a sweat on.
Beginner’s Classes — Whether you want to learn the basics or are a younger boxer, we also offer a range of beginner’s classes. These include ‘Learn 2 Box Beginners,’ ‘Youths (6-11),’ and ‘Juniors (12-17).’
Ladies-Only Classes — We also offer safe spaces for female boxers, such as the ‘Ladies Only Class’ and the new ‘Ladies Only 14+’ sessions.’

New Class Alert! 14+ Female Boxing
We’re constantly evolving our classes, and the latest addition to the list is 14+ Female Boxing sessions.
This class is designed to provide young women with a safe, empowering, and motivating space to develop their boxing skills and knowledge, improve their overall fitness, and build self-confidence. Plus, you’ll meet some like-minded friends along the way!
This high-energy addition will be held every Friday at 5:30 pm. Add it to your calendar or contact us to find out more.
